Closing Cost Scenario: Template

In the
Closing
Cost
Scenario
Name
field, enter a brief, descriptive name of the
template. This name displays in the closing cost scenario list when you select the
template.

Enter the standard fees that you would use for the loan type.

Save the file.
Attention
To create a template for the MLDS:

In the closing cost scenario template, select
Forms > MLDS (CA
GFE)
.

Proceed as you would when completing the GFE.

Do not change the file extension or Point will not recognize the template.
