维修

任何维修操作前都应该先断开电源

日常维护 (标准结构

每次维修工作前都应先断开电源并确保设备
不会意外接通运转

泵壳和电机可

除非有适当的保护装置否则不要触摸这些部
件,或等到设备完全冷却下来

在泵长期不使用的情况下,如有结冰的可能, 则
应彻底排放掉液体

带机械密封的泵

机械密封无需维护。除了初次运行时可能的初始渗漏
,轴上的机械密封不应有任何泄露。在无水的时候严
禁运行设备。

填料密封的泵

首先将填料压盖放松一点以便给密封减压

然后调节填料

压盖保持一个规则的渗漏

可以有良好的润滑效果

封性能显著下降时必须更换填料密封
