The Vanguard helps to protect against addressing conflict by preventing the operator from saving the configuration
when the DHCP lease range conflicts with the interface IP address. If such a conflict exists, a messages is displayed
after the user clicks Save.

Start IP Address
The DHCP server’s IP address pool starting value.

End IP Address
The DHCP server's IP address pool ending value.
•
Lease Time
Sets the duration, in seconds, that the client is allowed to keep the assigned IP address.

Domain Name Suffix
The DNS suffix to be assigned by the DHCP server.
•
Preferred DNS Server
IP address of the preferred DNS server.
•
Alternate DNS Server
IP address of the alternate DNS server.
