PortTrafficCongestion
Use PortTrafficCongestion to manage traffic congestion at switch ports. You can program the values for the minimum
and maximum threshold (in number of cells) for a specified priority queue. If the number of cells received by the switch
on the specified priority queue for a port exceeds the maximum threshold, the switch discards the cell.

p›F
You program values for minimum and maximum threshold by entering index
numbers that correspond to cell numbers. Use MinMaxTableIndex to see the
correspondance between index numbers and cell numbers.
