BUILD
- Initiates circuit assembly in random by displaying circuit information
(termination) as each wire is touched while the wrist strap is attached.
SEQ BUILD
- Initiates circuit assembly in step-by-step sequence per wire list arrangement
in memory. The assembly sequence is programmed using the Wire List
Editor.
SEARCH
- Initiates a scan of the test points using Body Conductance to identify wire
touched.
ERROR LIST
- Initiates test and produces a printout of errors, or prints "Passed" if no
errors.
TEST
- Initiates single test of assembly and displays errors.
RESET
- Terminates current mode and places Tester in "wait" state until next mode
selection is made.
UP/DOWN
ARROWS
- Used for stepping up and down through menu to select one of several modes
available.
Used to step through file names when loading from disk.
MENU RUN
- Initiates the menu mode (selected by Up/Down Arrows) that appears in the
display.
Used to load file from disk after the file name is displayed.
KNOWN
GOOD
- Scans the connected (known-good) assembly and saves the continuities in
memory.
FROM TAPE
- Reads a recorded tape into memory. (This mode is retained from earlier
systems.
REMOTE
- Switches control to an optional CRT/keyboard Terminal or PC.
