Fig. 7-15: Adjusting the throw distance
Requirements:
The front, farmyard or wheel loader and the machine have been switched on (see
Chapter 7.5.1 "Switching the machine on").
There is no one in the danger area.
Work steps:
1.
Raise the machine until the door is at a distance of approx. 800 mm from the littered
area.
2.
Align the four-point mounting frame of the machine vertically at the selected
installation height.
3.
Switch on the oil circuit between the front, farmyard or wheel loader and the machine.
Conveyor belt along with the dosing and mixing augers start up.
4.
Set the engine speed of the front, farmyard or wheel loader to a rate at which the
conveyor belt discharges the bedding material across the desired throw distance.
5.
Keep raising the machine if the belt speed is insufficient to set the desired throw
distance.
Changing the throw direction
7.5.6.2.1
You can change the throw direction by reversing the direction of the oil flow using the
corresponding double-acting control unit of the carrier vehicle (standard).
Another option is to change the throw direction using a switch (a) on the control panel (optional).
