WARNING
Risk of injury during work on the hydraulic system!
Risk of injury in case of damage to the hydraulic system!
Before connecting hydraulic hose lines to the hydraulic system of the front, farmyard or
wheel loader, make sure that the hydraulic system on the front, farmyard or wheel loader
and on the machine has been depressurized.
Make sure to connect the hydraulic hose lines properly.
Check all hydraulic hose lines and couplings for damage and contamination.
Have an expert verify the proper technical condition of the hydraulic hose lines at least
once a year.
Replace hydraulic hose lines that show signs of damage and aging. Use only original
hydraulic hose lines supplied by the manufacturer.
Do not use hydraulic hose lines for more than six years, including any storage time, which
must not exceed a period of two years.
Even if stored properly and only subjected to the permissible stress, hoses and hose
connections are subject to natural aging, limiting their storage time and period of use. The
actual period of use may deviate from these specifications based on experience and, in
particular, taking potential hazards into consideration. Other guidelines may apply to hoses
and hose lines made of thermoplastics.
Store hydraulic oil safely away from children.
WARNING
Risks of personal injury from crushing, shearing, cutting, amputation, entrapment,
winding up, entanglement, catching and impact may arise if the machine/the front,
farmyard or wheel loader is started or if machine parts are lowered inadvertently!
Stay out from under raised, unsecured machine parts.
Use caution when coupling and uncoupling in the danger area between the front, farmyard
or wheel loader and the machine.
Secure the machine from being lowered inadvertently.
WARNING
Risk of injury during maintenance and service work!
Before performing work that is intended to service or repair the machine, switch off the
front, farmyard or wheel loader and secure it against starting up and rolling away
inadvertently.
Wait until the machine has come to a complete standstill before entering the danger area
of the machine.
Refit guards removed for cleaning, servicing and repairing the machine.
Replace defective guards with new ones.
Before working in the area below raised parts of the machine, secure the corresponding
parts against being lowered inadvertently.
Staying underneath the raised, unsecured machine is prohibited.
