Establishing the power supply

NOTICE
Do not take power from the light socket.
Retrofit the front, farmyard or wheel loader with a 3-pin power socket if it does not have
one. An add-on kit containing the necessary equipment is available from BvL.
NOTICE
Operation requires a continuous power supply of 12 V. The 3-pin power socket must be
protected by a 16 A fuse.

Requirements:
Switch off the front, farmyard or wheel loader and secure it against starting up and rolling
away inadvertently (see Chapter 6.4 "Switching off the front, farmyard or wheel loader
and securing it against inadvertent start-up and rolling away").
Machine is locked into place and lifted off the ground (see Chapter 7.4 "Coupling the
machine").
The quick-change device of the front, farmyard or wheel loader is locked in place.
The hydraulic hose lines have been coupled (see Chapter 7.4.2.1 "Coupling the
hydraulic hose lines").
The hydraulic system has been switched on.
The control panel has been installed (see Chapter 6.5 "Installing the control panel on the
front, farmyard or wheel loader").
Work steps:
1.
Insert the 3-pin plug (a) (DIN 9680) of the power supply cable (b) into the 3-pin power
socket on the front, farmyard or wheel loader (pin 15/30 = positive; pin 31 = negative).
The power supply has been established.
