Coupling up to the quick-change device of a front, farmyard or wheel loader

Requirements:
Check the suitability of the front, farmyard or wheel loader (see Chapter 6.2 "Check the
suitability of the front, farmyard or wheel loader").
There is no one in the danger area.
The machine is OK (faults corrected/no obvious detects).
Safety devices are in the safety position (e.g. covers fitted).
Control panel is installed on the front, farmyard or wheel loader (depending on the
machine's equipment).
Work steps:
1.
Prepare the quick-change device for coupling as described in the operating manual of
the front, farmyard or wheel loader.
2.
Drive up to the machine with your front, farmyard or wheel loader.
3.
Lower the quick-change device until it fits under the four-point mounting frame.
4.
Drive up to the machine with your front, farmyard or wheel loader until the quick-
change device is positioned exactly under the four-point mounting frame.
5.
Lift the quick-change device until the machine locks into place and slightly lifts off the
ground.
Machine is locked into place and lifted off the ground.
6.
Apply the parking brake of the front, farmyard or wheel loader.
7.
Switch off the front, farmyard or wheel loader and secure it against starting up and
rolling away inadvertently (see Chapter 6.4 "Switching off the front, farmyard or wheel
loader and securing it against inadvertent start-up and rolling away").
8.
Move all control levers of the working hydraulics several times in both directions.
The hydraulic system is depressurized.
9.
Lock the quick-change device in place as described in the operating manual of the
front, farmyard or wheel loader.
The machine has been coupled to the front, farmyard or wheel loader.
