WARNING
Risk of injury in case of damage to the hydraulic system!
Media exciting under great pressure generate unexpectedly high forces and may cause
serious injury.
When coupling the supply lines, check the way they are routed.
When coupling the hydraulic hose lines, pay attention to the marks on the hydraulic plugs.
The supply lines must easily yield without tension, kinking or friction when the vehicles
negotiate curves.
The supply lines must not rub against foreign objects.
Replace hydraulic hose lines when detecting obvious defects, damage and wear. Use only
original hydraulic hose lines.
Work on the hydraulic equipment may only be performed by an authorized expert.
Seek immediate medical attention if injury from liquids escaping under high pressure has
occurred. Severe infections and bodily reaction may ensue if medical assistance is not
provided immediately.
Hydraulic hoses must be replaced no later than every 6 years, which includes a maximum
storage time of 2 years.
WARNING
Risks of personal injury from crushing, shearing, cutting, entanglement and catching
may arise if actuators used to operate hydraulic or electrical components are jammed!
Do not block any actuators on the front, farmyard or wheel loader which are used to
perform direct hydraulic or electrical movements of components, e.g. tipping, swinging and
sliding.
The respective movement must stop automatically once the corresponding actuator is
released.
This does not apply to the movements of devices:
operating continuously as part of constant consumers,
that are controlled automatically,
that require a float position or pressurized position for operation.
