Control and display elements
6.1
Control elements for STAE and STTE
Control elements bring about a change in the functionality of the door system by changing the position or
setting. The control elements are located:
Standard:
on the front of the
control cabinet
and on the
operator panel
for the door leaf
Optional:
on
mobile devices
(e.g. radio transmitter)
The control elements have different functions:
open
or
close
the door,
stopping
the door in any position,
or interrupting the
power supply
.

The figure above shows the standard control cabinet for sliding doors. Depending on customer requirements,
this is supplemented with control and display elements. You can find the individual design of your control
cabinet in the wiring diagrams that are attached to your door documentation. The standardly installed and
some optional control and display elements are further explained below.
The table below serves as a legend to explain the appearance of the wiring diagram elements for the control
cabinet.
