This stands for Rate of Change. Use this to set the parameters to calculate rate of 
change for flow rates or weight/time applications.

This item is valid only for the T301X system which is not used in the USA.

6.2.12 Traffic

This item is used to set up two variables which can be accessed by a custom program 
to operate a traffic counter. 

Trigger

Enter the percentage of capacity the weight must reach to trigger 
the traffic counter.

Rearm

Enter the percentage of capacity the weight must fall below in 
order to rearm the traffic counter.
