PERIODI DI MANUTENZIONE
I tempi di manutenzione sono scanditi in
ore, considerando un impiego medio
giornaliero di 8 ore di funzionamento
effettivo (vedere 7.0.0).
Per impiego medio del carrello inferiore, riferirsi
alla tempistica espressa in gg/mesi (vedere
7.0.0
).

SERVICING PERIODS
The servicing periods are divided into hours,
considering an average working day of 8
hours of effective operation (see 7.0.0).
If the truck is used on average for less than
8 hours per day, refer to the schedules expressed
in days/months (
see 7.0.0).
Certain maintenance operations must be understood
as applicable when required; for the regularity
of the controls, refer to the maintenance table
items which have the symbol indicated here to
the side.
For particularly heavy working conditions
(e.g. very dusty), the intervals between
maintenance should be reduced. Contact
the BT Service Centre for further
information.
TIGHTENING TORQUE
For all the tightening operations, observe
the torques indicated in the table (see 6.1.0)
PREPARING THE TRUCK FOR
MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any maintenance operations
on the forklift truck, make sure that:
- the truck is turned OFF
- the ignition key is removed from the
dashboard
- the battery connector is disconnected
- the parking brake is ON
- the truck is parked on a flat surface
- the mast is in the upright position
- the lifting equipment is completely
lowered
RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS
To guarantee maintenance of the safety levels
and complete compatibility with the other
parts on the truck, the spare parts used
for maintenance must be original BT spare
parts or approved parts.
WARTUNGSINTERVALLE
Die Wartungsintervalle in Betriebsstunden
beziehen sich auf eine durchschnittliche
Betriebszeit von 8 Stunden täglich (siehe
7.0.0).
Ist die durchschnittliche Betriebszeit des Staplers
kürzer, siehe Intervalle in Tagen/Monaten (
siehe
7.0.0).
Einige Wartungsarbeiten sind nach Bedarf
auszuführen; für die Kontrollintervalle siehe die
Einträge mit dem nebenstehenden Symbol in den
Wartungstabellen.
Für schwere Arbeiten oder besondere
Umgebungsbedingungen (wie z.B. staubige
Umgebung) sind die Wartungsintervalle
entsprechend zu verkürzen; weitere
Informationen sind beim BT-Kundendienst
einzuholen.
ANZUGSMOMENTE
Beim Nachziehen von Schraubverbindungen
sind die Anzugsmomente nach Tabelle (siehe
6.1.0) zu beachten.
