3.2.0 ATTREZZATURE VARIE
L'applicazione di una o più attrezzature
(piastra rotante, pinza per rotoli, traslatore
agganciato, posizionatore forche ecc.) deve
essere autorizzata direttamente dalla BT,
che provvederà ad effettuare le prove tecniche
necessarie per il rilascio delle targhette
aggiutive delle portate residue(B), una per
ogni attrezzatura applicata; Su questa
targhetta deve comparire la stessa sigla
dell'attrezzatura riportata sulla targhetta di
identificazione dell'attrezzatura stessa. Ogni
attrezzatura deve essere provvista della propria
targhetta identificatrice con marchio CE.
E' vietato l'uso di qualsiasi attrezzatura in
assenza della targhetta aggiuntiva delle
portate residue.
Il carrello può essere equipaggiato con un
distributore a 3, 4 o 5 leve; la 3 a , 4 a e 5 a via
del distributore possono erogare una pressione
di esercizio di 130÷150 bar, tarabile in funzione
del tipo di attrezzatura richiesta.
La taratura dei distributori deve essere
eseguita dal Servizio di assistenza BT o
da una Officina Autorizzata BT.
E' importante ricordare che le tubazioni di
collegamento, tra attrezzatura e impianto idraulico
del carrello, devono possedere un coefficiente
di sicurezza (pressione di scoppio) superiore ad
almeno 3 volte la pressione di esercizio ottenuta
dopo la taratura dei distributori.
La predisposizione dell'impianto idraulico del
carrello, termina con raccordi di tipo diverso,
determinato dalle caratteristiche dell'attrezzatura
o del carrello stesso; essi possono essere:
MASCHIO M16x1,5 svasatura 60°
MASCHIO M18x1,5 svasatura 60°
FEMMINA 9/16-18 JIC svasatura 74°

di attrezzatura
Rispettare le indicazioni di USO e
MANUTENZIONE previste per i carrelli standard,
consultando contemporaneamente il fascicolo
specifico dell'attrezzatura, edito dal fornitore,
in dotazione al carrello.
3.2.0 VARIOUS FITTINGS
The application of one or more fittings
(rotating plate, grippers for rolls, side shift
units, fork positioners, etc.) must be
authorised directly by BT, who will carry
out the technical tests required to establish
the new residual capacities and issue the
relative identification plates (B), one for
each fitting applied. This identification plate
must include the same fitting code shown
on the identification plate for the fitting
itself.
Each fitting must be supplied with its own
identification plate with the CE mark.
Do not use any fitting if the additional
identification plate for the residual capacities
is not fitted.
The truck may be fitted with a hydraulic valve
with 3, 4 or 5 levers; the 3rd, 4th or 5th position
of the hydraulic valve may provide an operating
pressure of 130÷150 bar, to be set in accordance
with the type of fitting required.
The hydraulic valves must be set by the
BT Service Centre or an authorised BT
workshop.
Important: note that the connection tubes between
a fitting and the hydraulic system of the truck
must have a safety co-efficient (bursting pressure)
higher than at least 3 times the operating pressure
obtained after setting the hydraulic valves.
The layout of the hydraulic system of the truck
terminates with various kinds of connectors.
These depend on the characteristics of the
equipment or the truck itself; they may include
the following:
MALE M16x1.5 60° countersunk
MALE M18x1.5 60° countersunk
FEMALE 9/16-18 JIC 74° countersunk

Follow the USE and MAINTENANCE indications
for standard trucks and, at the same time, consult
the specific booklet for the fitting, drawn up
by the supplier and supplied with the truck.
3.2.0 VERSCHIEDENE
AUSRÜSTUNGEN
Die Anbringung einer oder mehrerer
Ausrüstungen (Drehgerät, Rollenklammer,
Seitenschieber, Gabelverstellgerät etc.) muß
direkt von BT genehmigt werden; BT führt
in diesem Fall für jede montierte Ausrüstung
die erforderlichen Prüfungen für die
Ausstellung der Zusatzschilder mit den
neuen Resttragfähigkeiten (B) durch. Auf
dem Zusatzschild muß dasselbe
Kurzzeichen der Ausrüstung wie auf dessen
Kennzeichnungsschild angegeben sein.
Sämtliche Ausrüstungen müssen mit einem
eigenen Kennzeichnungsschild mit CE-
Zeichen ausgestattet sein.
Der Gebrauch einer beliebigen Ausrüstung
ohne das Zusatzschild mit den
Resttragfähigkeiten ist verboten.
Der Stapler kann mit einem Steuerblock mit 3,
4 oder 5 Hebeln ausgestattet werden; der 3., 4.
und 5. Weg des Steuerblocks können je nach
Ausrüstung einen Betriebsdruck von 130ö150 bar
liefern.
Die Einstellung der Steuerblöcke muß vom
BT Kundendienst oder von einer von BT
autorisierten Werkstatt durchgeführt
werden.
Auf keinen Fall vergessen, daß die
Verbindungsleitungen zwischen Ausrüstung und
Hydraulikanlage des Staplers einen
Sicherheitsfaktor (Berstdruck) aufweisen müssen,
der mindestens 3x höher als der nach Einstellung
der Steuerblöcke erreichte Betriebsdruck ist.
Für die Hydraulikanlage des Staplers werden je
nach den Eigenschaften der Ausrüstung bzw. des
Staplers verschiedene Anschlußstücke vorgesehen:

STECKTEIL M18x1,5 Ansenkung 60°

Ausrüstungen
Die für Standardstapler vorgesehenen BETRIEBS-
und WARTUNGSANLEITUNGEN beachten.
Gleichzeitig das vom Lieferanten herausgegebene
spezifische Handbuch der Ausrüstung, das mit dem
Stapler mitgeliefert wird, konsultieren.
