CONTROLLO FORCHE
Criteri generali (*)
Le forche in uso devono essere
controllate ad
intervalli di non più di 1 000 ore
, e ogniqualvolta
si riscontri un difetto od una deformazione
permanente. Controllare più frequentemente, se
l’uso della macchina è più intenso.
Controllo
Il controllo delle forche dovrà essere eseguito
attentamente da personale qualificato con lo scopo
di rivelare qualunque danneggiamento, cedimento,
deformazione, ecc., che possa diminuire la sicurezza
di utilizzazione.
Cricche superficiali
La forca deve essere completamente esaminata
visivamente per eventuali incrinature e fessurazioni
prestando particolare attenzione al tallone (
D
)
ed agli agganci, superiore (
E
) ed inferiore (
F
).
zona in prossimità del tallone (
D
), l'usura massima

D
), sowie der unteren (
F
)
und oberen (
E
) Kupplung.
Falls notwendig, ist die Gabel einer zerstörungsfreien
Rißprüfung zu unterziehen.
Höhenunterschiede zwischen den
Gabelspitzen
Bei jeder Gabel ist der Höhenunterschied zwischen
den Spitzen bei montierter Gabel auf dem
Gabelträger zu kontrollieren. Der Unterschied darf
nicht größer als 3% der Gabelzinkenlänge sein.
Gabelsicherung
Die Gabelsicherung (
G
) auf einwandfreie Funktion
prüfen.
Kennzeichnung
Ist die Gabelkennzeichnung nicht deutlich lesbar,
muß sie vom Gabelhersteller erneuert werden.
Kontrolle der Gabelabnutzung
Der horizontale und der vertikale Teil des
Gabelzinkens müssen sorgfältig und eingehend auf
Abnutzung geprüft werden, wobei vor allem auf
den Bereich um die Gabelwurzel (
D
) zu achten
ist. Wenn die Dicke 90% der ursprünglichen ist,
soll die Gabel gewechselt sein.
2.3.3
FORK INSPECTIONS
General criteria (*)
Fork arms in use must be
inspected at intervals
of not more than 1 000 hours
, and whenever
a defect or permanent deformation is detected.
If the truck is subject to intensive use, more
frequent inspections may be required.
Inspection
Fork arm inspection must be carried out carefully
by trained personnel to detect any damage, failure,
deformation, etc., which may impair safe use.
Surface cracks
The fork arm must be thoroughly examined visually
for cracks giving special attention to the heel
(
D
) and top (
E
) and bottom (
F
) hooks.
If necessary, the forks may be subjected to a
non-destructive crack detection process,
Difference in height of fork tips
Check the difference in height between the blade
tips on each pair of forks, this must not be
more than 3% of blade length with the forks
fitted on the fork plate.
Positioning lock
Check that the fork positioning lock (
G
) is in
good working order.
Legibility of marking
If the fork arm marking is not clearly legible,
it must be renewed by the original fork supplier.
Fork wear control
The fork arm blade and shank must be thoroughly
checked for wear, paying special attention to
the area around the heel (
D
). When maximum
wear is detected, with thickness reduced to 90%
of the original, the fork arm must be replaced.
