Section 2: Overview
PINSETTER ACCESS POINTS
It may become necessary to enter the pinsetter to perform maintenance tasks or correct a problem with
the machine. If entering the pinsetter is needed, only enter using the locations as shown in the Pinsetter
Access Points section. The Access Points are highlighted in the following figures. Refer to the
Figure
2-24
and
Figure 2-25.
NOTE
: Always face toward the machine when using a pinsetter ladder to climb onto or off the
machine. Only one person should be on the ladder at any time.
CAUTION: Only use the access points as recommended.
WARNING! Always make sure that a bowler is not positioned to throw a
ball before putting yourself between the bowler and the machine. It is good
practice to have another employee positioned near any bowler to ensure they
cannot throw a ball. Additionally, make sure to properly secure a Brunswick
Ball Stop or similar 3rd party product to the lane between you and the bowler
for added protection.
