Setting Up RAS
Permissions
The following steps describe how to set up user permissions
for RAS. For more information about RAS, refer to the
Windows NT Server documentation.
To set up RAS user permissions:
1.
If you did not reboot your system after installing the
Netaccess adapter/driver, reboot the system now.
2.
After the system is rebooted, select
Start
→
Programs
→
Administrative Tools
(Common)
→
Remote Access Admin.
3.
From the Users menu, select
Permissions
.
The Remote Access Permissions window
(Figure 3-22) is displayed. It lists users on the system.

4.
Set up user permissions as required for your remote
users and click
OK
.
