similarly qualified persons, in order to prevent any risks.
This manual describes the procedures for adjustment, maintenance and repair of the dispenser. For information regarding
ordinary usage by the operator, please refer to the Instruction Manual provided with each dispenser.
1 APPLIANCE’S DESCRIPTION
This dispenser is designed for the production of ice cream. The lower part of the dispenser contains the cooling system, which
consists of a compressor (1), a condenser (3), the related fans (2) and two solenoid valves (17), one to open and close the cooling
circuit of the ice cream preparation cylinder (5) and the other to open and close the cooling circuit of the upper tank (7) designed to
keep the ice cream mix cold. The lower part of the dispenser also contains the power supplier (12) that supplies low voltage (36V)
power to the gear motor, the solenoid valve and the fan motor, electrical current
and the control relay (16) of the cooling
compressor, as well as any electrical components of the compressor (18).
The upper part of the dispenser contains the ice cream preparation cylinder (5) with respective mixer (6) and dispensing tap (15),
the gear motor (4), the upper tank (7) designed to contain the ice cream mix and respective cover (8), the mixing pipe (9), main circuit
board (11) and the control board equipped with touch display (10) and stand-by button (14). The dispenser also features a main ON/
OFF switch (13) situated on the left-hand side of the frame underside.
