8 RESET PARAMETERS
After entering Diagnostic Mode, you can restore the factory-set values of all the operating parameters by selecting the RESET icon
(see figure 8). (See the “List of Operating Parameters”.)
9 OPERATING TIMERS
By entering the Parameter Setting Mode and selecting the icon 4 (see figure 4), you can display the operating timers of the machine
concerning both the operation of the entire appliance and the cooling system.

By pressing the RESET icon, you can reset the value of the respective timer.
10 PROTECTION AGAINST EXCESSIVE DENSITY
If the product density is too high and the absorption of the electric motor driving the mixer exceeds the value of parameter P22
(factory-set value: 400W) for a time exceeding the value of P24 (factory-set value: 3 seconds), in order to avoid damage to the
dispenser, both the cooling system and the mixer will be stopped for a time equal to the value of parameter P23 (factory-set value:
90 seconds) and the AL06 or AL07 alarm message will appear on the display. At the end of this interval, the machine will attempt to
restart the mixer and if it succeeds, the previous density setting will be decreased by one level and the machine will resume regular
operation.
If the mixer is still blocked, however, the machine waits for another time interval equal to the value of parameter P23, at the end of
which the operation described above is repeated.
