2 DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
The dispenser is fitted with a main switch, situated on the left side of the frame underside, an Stand-by Key and a touch display.
STAND-BY KEY
The Stand-by key P is situated to the right of the touch display. If indicator light Q comes on, this means the dispenser is switched
on and in stand-by mode, ready for operation. Hold down key P for one second to switch the dispenser on and off.

3 OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The operating principle of this dispenser is based on cooling and concurrently mixing the product inside the refrigerated cylinder.
When the product reaches negative temperatures, it begins to freeze, thereby increasing in density and consequently increasing

A
Ice Cream Production icon: when pressed, it enables the Ice Cream Production.

Conservation icon: when pressed, it enables the Conservation function.

Washing icon: when pressed, it enables the Washing function.

Parameters icon: when pressed, it enables the setting of the Operating Parameters.

Alarm code: indicates the presence of an alarm and the relevant code.

Density bar: indicates the density level set.

Ice cream mix Temperature: indicates the temperature of the ice cream mix in the upper tank.

Status icon: indicates the dispenser status (ice cream, conservation, washing, alarm) and the ice cream preparation status
when the ice cream mode has been enabled.
Red icon: ice cream not ready
Yellow icon: ice cream almost ready
Green icon: ice cream ready

Product reserve cooling icon: when steady-on, it indicates that the product reserve cooling is in operation; when flashing, it
indicates that the safety time is in progress after the respective solenoid valve has been switched off; when off, it indicates that
the product reserve cooling is not in operation.

Ice cream cylinder cooling icon: when steady-on, it indicates that the ice cream cylinder cooling is in operation; when flashing,
it indicates that the safety time is in progress after the respective solenoid valve has been switched off; when off, it indicates
that the ice cream cylinder cooling is not in operation.

Compressor icon: when steady-on, it indicates the compressor is in operation; when flashing it indicates that the safety time is
in progress after the compressor has been switched off; when off, it indicates that the compressor is not in operation.
L
Display lock icon: indicates that the touch display has been locked and no commands can be entered.
