Using the RESET icon, you can reset the entire list of alarm messages. If one or more alarms are generated by faults that
compromise the machine's operation, it will not be possible to reset them until the faults have been repaired.
The table below lists the alarm codes managed by the machine with a brief explanation of each alarm.
If one of these alarm codes appears on the display, please refer to Appendix 1: Possible Problems and their Solutions.
The recent Alarms List can also be accessed when the machine is in Diagnostic Mode by pressing the respective icon.
6 DIAGNOSTIC MODE
By entering the Parameter Setting Mode and selecting the icon
3 (see figure 4)
, you can access the Diagnostic Mode which lists the
main operating parameters of the machine and their current values.

In particular, the following parameters are displayed:

During the conservation period the temperature of the product in the
upper tank has exceeded the safety value set with parameter PA25.
AL02
Temperature sensor ST1 faulty
The temperature sensor of the upper tank containing the product re-
serve is faulty.

Transmission error
A communication error occurred between the power board and the
display board.
AL06
Excessive motor absorption
The absorption the electric motor that drives the gear motor exceeded
the safety value set with parameter PA22.
AL07
Hall sensors error
The electric motor rotates in an irregular manner or not at all.
AL08
Motor power supply voltage low alarm
The power supply voltage of the electric motor is insufficient.
AL09
36V Power supply missing
The power supplier that supplies current to the electronic system and
electric motor is not working.
