Abnormal engine operation:
Abnormal Engine Noise
• Worn out cylinder and piston
• Worn out needle bearings in small
and big ends of connecting rod
• Premature ignition
• Excessive carbon deposit in the
combustion chamber
• Overheated spark plug
• Replace cylinder body and piston
• Replace bearing and related parts
• Adjust ignition time
• Clean out carbon deposit
• Replace sparrk plug
Abnormal engine operation:
Unstable engine operation
• Water or dirt in the carburettor
• Clogged fuel passage
• Leaking crankcase
• Leaking between the carburettor
and the engine
• Over-rich or over-thin gas
mixture
• Clean the carburettor
• Clean or replace the fuel pipe
• Replace sealing
• Tighten screws
• Adjust the carburettor
Abnormal engine operation:
Overheated engine
• Driving for an extended period in
low gear
• Over loaded driving or long time
driving with a heavy load
• Over-rich or over this gas mixture
• Unsuitable engine oil or
insufficient transmission oil
• Slipping clutch
• Unreleased brake
• Change gear position and control time
• Control load-carrying and take frequent
breaks to allow the engine to cool
• Adjust the carburettor
• Replace with recommended engine oil and
add oil to the transmission case
• Adjust free play or replace the clutch,
friction lining and spring
• Adjust tension
• Adjust brake clearance
