Windows XP Professional - Multi-
14.1
Language
At present the operating system Windows XP
Professional Multi-Language is installed for FWA. Two
users are created with the Administrator rights.
Administrator "dgadmin" with Login-Password.

admin.
Administrator "dguser" without Login-Password and

automatic Login.
Dgadmin and dguser has complete access to the
operating system and the installed programs.
For general information and queries regarding the
operating system refer to the Microsoft-Homepage and
the relevant technical literature.
Recovery – DVD
14.2
Recovering the entire system with the help of Recovery
– DVD.
All data (Protocol & system specific settings are
i
lost).
Insert the DVD in the drive and restart the computer.

Select the menu item "Acronis One – Click Restore".
2.
Accept the following dialogue with "Yes".
3.
The progress indicator is displayed while recovery.
4.
Confirm the recovery with "Exit".

Remove the DVD from the drive and restart the

computer.
Now the following message will appear on the

screen: "please wait while windows prepares to
start…."
After sometime the Windows – XP - Minisetup will

start.
To continue installation, please select "Next".
9.
Accept the license agreement and continue by

clicking on "Next".
You will the Product Key on the underside of your

PC, please enter it in the fields and continue with
"Next".
The installation shall be continued and ended.

In the path: Start, Programs, FWA Tools, sellang;

select the corresponding language in Windows for
the "Multi-Language-Version".
In addition, the license must be "activated" from

Microsoft via telephone or internet. Otherwise the
license expires after 30 days.
Installation of Software-Packages
14.3
Program-Software
Insert the Program-CD in the CD-Rom-Drive of

the computer. The installation program starts
automatically.
Start the installation by clicking on "Setup &

Update".
If the installation does not start automatically, run

AutoRun-Exec.exe from the root directory of the CD.
Close all other programs. The installation shall be

continued by clicking on "Next".
Now the actual installation process starts by clicking

on the "Next".
The device has a licence diskette. The license for the

program to be installed is provided on the diskette.
Select a license file in the dialogue window

(Example:LAOOOO100.Lic)
If the installation process has ended, remove the
"
possible available license diskette and restart the
computer.
