Using PTZ
The following 2 setup should be carried for the use of PTZ.
Refer to Installation guide “9.3 Connection Serial port & Setup for PTZ connection.
19.3.1. Serial Setup at COM port
eDVR can connect PTZ and setup at COM2, COM3, and COM4. The following explains how to connect
and use SPD1800 from Blunet to COM2 RS485.
(7) Move to System> Serial Setup menu and press [Enter].

] key selects COM Port that PTZ connected.
Select COM2 RS485 and press [Enter] key.
(9) Press [Enter] key to select Device, and select connected PTZ.
Using [

] jey select WGI SPD1800, and press [Enter] key.
(10) Check the value of Baud rate, Parity, Stop, Data of PTZ.
In case of Blunet SPD1800, default is Baud rate 9600, Parity None, Stop 1, Data 8.
(11) Using [? /? ] key move to Baud Rate, and press [Enter] key.
(12) Using [
?
/
?
] key select 9600 and press [Enter].
(13) In case of Blunet SPD1800, the value of Parity, Stop, and Data as above picture use as default.
