3. INSTALLATION
Installation in the links
1. Remove the cylinder bolts (2) from
the cylinder covers and cylinder
bodies. Install the elevator into the
elevator links.
2. Make sure that cylinder
connections, screws, nuts and
cotter pins and/or safety springs
are assembled correctly. Close and
secure the link blocks (left and right
hand cylinder bearing) and tighten
the screw/nuts with torque wrench.
3. Fit the pins and use the cotter pins
to secure them. Use new cotter pins
only.
4. Now connect the hydraulic hoses.
Recommended torque:
For above mentioned bolts and nuts,
use 399 Lbf-Ft / 542 Nm
