The default value is No. A BlackBerry device user can store a contact list in the BlackBerry Infrastructure.
Usage
When the contact list for BlackBerry Messenger is stored in the BlackBerry Infrastructure, a user who frequently switches between
BlackBerry devices can use the same synchronized contact list on all BlackBerry devices.
