Description
This setting specifies the SIP user ID that a BlackBerry® device uses to register with your organization's SIP proxy server.
Default value
The default value is a null value.
Usage
Configure this setting if you want to create a default value for all users.
If the user types a SIP user ID on a BlackBerry device manually, IT policy updates overwrite or delete the value that the user typed.
To retain the value that the user types on the BlackBerry device, verify that the updated IT policy uses the same value as this setting.
