The default value is No. The user can turn off key store notifications for a specific key and application key usage.
Usage
If you change this rule to Yes, a BlackBerry device displays a key store notification message during the cached period when the
user opens or sends an uncached secure email message.
If a user opens an encrypted message, the BlackBerry device accesses the key store to obtain the private key to decrypt the
message.
