LAN SOLUTION NETWORK TESTER

NOTE

To preserve the user-set data, the tester must be off and
the battery disconnected for no more than one minute.

5. Slide the battery into the cavity and snap the cap

in place.

8.2 Resetting the Processor

NOTE

When resetting the processor, all user data will be lost.

1. Turn on the tester in any mode.

2. Remove the battery cap and disconnect the

battery.

3. Wait about 10 seconds and reattach the battery

leads. The Length screen will appear briefly, then
the tester will shut down.

NOTE

When installing a new battery or resetting the processor,
disconnect any cables connected to the tester. The Length
and Single-Ended test modes will be improperly calibrated if
a cable is present when the battery is connected.
