Step 12: Floor Assembly
Part 1
A:
5/8” down from the top of both (2371) Floor Ends attach (0790) Floor Joist with 2 (S4) #8 x 3” Wood Screws
per end. (fig. 12.1 and 12.3)
B:
On the Swing Wall attach (0795) Side Joist to the inside of (2370) Floor Back with 2 (H3) 1/4 x 2-1/2” Hex
Bolts (with lock washer, flat washer and t-nut) and 2 (S7) #12 x 2” Pan Screws from outside the assemby, as
shown in fig. 12.1.
C:
On the Front Wall, on the Access Wall side, place (2375) Long Joist on the inside of (2350) Front Floor and
(2379) Mid Joist on the outside of (2350) Front Floor, with the long edge flat to the board and the angled end
towards the middle. Attach both joists to (2350) Front Floor with 2 (H4) 1/4 x 4” Hex Bolts (with lock washer,
flat washer and t-nut) and 1 (S4) #8 x 3” Wood Screw, as shown in fig. 12.1 and 12.2.
D:
On the Front Wall, on the Cafe Wall side place (2386) Short Joist on the inside of (2350) Front Floor and
attach with 2 (H3) 1/4 x 2-1/2” Hex Bolts (with lock washer, flat washer and t-nut) from outside the assembly.
