C:
Starting at the top of the Roof Support Assembly attach 1 (2421) Cedar Roofing on each side of the Roof
Support Assemblies with 3 (S0) #8 x 7/8” Truss Screws per board. (fig. 7.2) Be sure to overlap the top of the
boards so there are no gaps. (fig. 7.2 and 7.3)
D:
Drill a hole 1-1/2” up from the bottom of the 2 bottom (2421) Cedar Roofing (for bottom row only).
Attach 1
(2421) Cedar Roofing at the bottom of the Roof Support Assembly on each side, making sure they are flush to
each (2394) Roof Support with 3 (S0) #8 x 7/8” Truss Screws per board. (fig. 7.2 and 7.4)
E:
On one side of the assembly evenly space and attach 8 (2421) Cedar Roofing, leaving no gaps, with 3 (S0) #8
x 7/8” Truss Screws per board. There should be 10 (2421) Cedar Roofing on this side. (fig. 7.2)
F:
On the other side of the assembly evenly space and attach 8 (2421) Cedar Roofing, leaving no gaps, with 3
(S0) #8 x 7/8” Truss Screws per board. (fig. 7.2)
