MAINTENANCE - WHIZARD

®

 FLEXSHAFT AND CASING 

ASSEMBLY (CONTINUED)

Replacement of Split Bearing (#3)

•

Rmove the driver assembly. 

Refer to Section 5, Removal of the driver assembly

•

Insert a small screwdriver into the split in the bearing.

•

Spread the bearing and slide over the shoulder on the driver.

•

Clean the surface of the coupling and apply Max-Z-Lube grease. 

Refer to Section 7,

 

Lubrication and Lubrication Equipment.

•

Hold the bearing with the inside cone facing the end of the coupling.

•

Push the bearing on until it snaps into position.

•

Install the driver assembly. 

Refer to Section 5, Installation of the Driver Assembly
