SNICKERS® BALLS
2.5 - 3.0 liters vegetable oil for frying
1 can of 10 refrigerated biscuits
20 (1-inch x 1-inch) Snickers ® pieces
1 packet hot chocolate mix

1.­Preheat­oil­to­340º­F.­
2.­Separate­dough­into­biscuits.­Cut­each­biscuit­in­half­and­flatten.­
3.­Place­1­piece­of­Snickers ® in­the­center­of­each.­
Pull­the­edges­up­and­around­the­candy­bar­
and­seal­tightly­on­the­top.­
Roll­between­your­palms­to­create­a­ball.
4.­Place­4­Snickers ® Balls­into­raised­fryer­basket.­
Lower­fryer­basket­into­oil.­
5.­Cook­2­to­4­minutes,­watching­the­browning­
process­through­the­viewing­window.­
Turn­halfway­through­cooking­time.­
6.­Remove­fried­balls­from­the­fry­basket­onto­a­plate­
lined­with­absorbent­paper­towels.
7.­Dust­with­hot­chocolate­mix.­Best­eaten­while­warm.­
