bowlandmixwell.
4.Dipbroccoliintobuttermilkmixture2to3times
tocoatthetopswell.
5.WhenblueWORKINGlightturnsOFF,andthe
DeepFryerisreadyforuse.
6.Usingovenmittsandheat-resistanttongs,place
batteredbroccoliintothefryerbasket.
7.Lowerfryerbasketintooilandaddlid.
8.Cook2to3minutes,watchingthebrowning
processthroughtheviewingwindow.
9.Usingtongs,turnbroccoli.Allowtocookforanother
2to3minutesuntildone.
10.Alwaysusethefrybaskettoliftbroccolioutoftheoil;
hookthebaskettotherimandallowoiltodrain.
Thenremovebroccolifromthefrybasketand
ontoaplateofabsorbentpapertowels.
11.Addseasonedsaltandpepperwhilewarm.
