Check for leaks in the hydraulic system, interference or

binding of hydraulic actuators and controls, and for satisfactory
operation.

lnspect fuel and oil systems for damage and leaks.

21.

lnspect fuel system breakaway valves (vent and wing/

fuselage disconnects).

Actuation of the vent line will be readily noticeable as

separation of the two halves is required before the valve halves
seal.

Actuation of the interconnect valve will be detectable by

observing a yellow ring adjacent to the frangible section. If the
ring is visible, the valve has actuated and requires replacement.

Perform a thorough visual inspection of the following

components. If inspection does not reveal any discrepancies or
obvious damage to components, they may be retained in
service.
