Installation

3.1

System requirements

The following chapter lists the system requirements.

The TS6120 supplement or the TF6120 function is no longer being further developed and is there-
fore not released for newer operating systems. The so-called UA Gateway in the product TS6100/
TF6100 OPC UA is available to you as a free OPC DA interface:

Installation

The following section describes how to install the TwinCAT 3 Function for Windows-based operating
systems.

The TwinCAT 3 Function setup file was downloaded from the Beckhoff website.

1. Run the setup file as administrator. To do this, select the command 

Run as administrator

 in the context

menu of the file.
