2 indicates that the user has identified the interface as a UNI (a User-to-Network Interface
that disables bidirectional signaling). Although wfFrSwRnniDlcmiNniEnable is set by
Site Manager, this object is not used by the frame relay switch software. Refer to
wfFrSwRnniDlcmiBidirect.
