Description:
Contains the number of consecutive errors (generally timeouts) in the receipt of
cross-network polls for wfFrSwRnniVcDlci.
DLCMI increments wfFrSwRnniVcXNetErrors at the expiration of each cross-network
polling cycle in which a poll was not received from the remote end of the PVC segment,
and compares this value with wfFrSwDlcmiCrossNetErrorThreshold. If these values are
equal, DLCMI takes the PVC down and advertises the PVC as Inactive. At the expiration
of each polling cycle in which a cross-network poll was received, DLCMI resets
wfFrSwRnniVcXNetErrors to 0 (zero).
