A 32-position bit mask
Function:
Contains a 32-position bit mask specifying the Atmizer VCL counters
that the BayStream Statistical Data Collection software gathers,
aggregates, and reports for each virtual channel which congestion control
is enabled. A value of 1 within the bit mask indicates that the data
collection software monitors and reports the associated congestion control
counter; a value of 0 within the bit mask indicates that the software
ignores the associated congestion control counter. The default value
(0xFFFFFE00) monitors and reports the first 16 items in
Table 5
. This
table maps specific congestion control counters with specific bit mask
positions.
