Using the flat-tip screwdriver, tighten the captive retaining screws on the
filler panel.
Verifying the Installation
After you install the Model 5782 VNR, all LEDs on the front panel light amber,
then light green, then turn off. If the VNR is installed and functioning properly,
the LEDs light as follows during the diagnostic and boot sequence:
•
The annunciator lights amber. After successfully completing diagnostics, it
lights green.
•
The Diag LED remains amber while the module runs its diagnostics. The
Diag LED turns off after successfully completing diagnostics.
•
The BP LED remains green to indicate connection to the ATM backplane.
After the module successfully completes its diagnostic tests, the Boot LED lights
green to indicate the boot process. The Boot LED turns off when the module
completes the boot process.
