Glue the Nacelle skin 1 jig with 2 small drops of glue on each side onto the firewall. Make
sure that the thinner part of the side walls is on the upper side and that the side walls are
properly aligned with the edges of the firewall. The ring should now be parallel to the Nacelle
former 1.

Remove the paper from one side of the Nacelle skin 1 and mold it to fit around Nacelle
former 1 and the Nacelle skin 1 jig. The seam of Nacelle skin 1 should be on the bottom.

The jig helps to ensure a perfectly round shape of the Nacelle skin 1 on the fwd edge.

Apply glue on one quarter of the Nacelle former 1 starting from the center mark of Nacelle
former 1. Don’t put glue on the ring of the Nacelle skin 1 jig!

Attach the Nacelle skin 1 (align the center mark with the one on Nacelle skin 2) and secure it
with tape.
