Repeat the same process for the other 3 reinforcement plates.

-

Use the same process to also glue 4 reinforcement plates to the inside of the power pod.

-

Insert the power pod back into the nacelle and test fit the BBQ skewers.

-

For the next steps remove the BBQ skewers but leave the power pod installed.

-

The process for applying Nacelle skin 2 is similar to the process you did for Nacelle skin 3.

-

Remove the paper from the back of Nacelle former 2 and mold it to fit to the nacelle.

-

Make a test fit and ensure a good fit towards Nacelle skin 3.

-

Make sure that the fwd edge of Nacelle skin 2 is flush with Nacelle former 2 (Nacelle former
1 has to stay free).

-

Apply glue on the top of Nacelle formers 3 and 2 and position the Nacelle skin 2 on the
formers. Make sure that the center mark of the Nacelle skin 2 is aligned with the center
marks on the formers.

Apply glue to one side of the Nacelle formers 3 and 2 and roll the nacelle onto the Nacelle
skin.

-

Hold it and let the glue cool down.

-

Apply glue to the remaining part of Nacelle formers 3 and 2 and on the Nacelle longitudinal
former.

-

Roll the nacelle onto the Nacelle skin and hold it until the glue has cooled down.

-

Trim off the Nacelle skin 2 at the center line of the Nacelle longitudinal former.

-

Apply glue to the other side of the formers (only on the side part).

-

Roll the nacelle onto the Nacelle skin and hold it until the glue has cooled down.

Trim of the Nacelle skin 2 at the bottom centerline of the nacelle.
