Fix the hand wheel to the shaft with the too thing

and release the PE pipe about 40cm by rotating the hand
wheel.

OPTION

Pull back the cart (lifting frame) by hand until the pipe is stretched (approx. 50 cm). The cart is

suspended about half way down.

Mount the shut-off rod s on the cart-lifting frame

Caution:

Test the shut off functions ! Malfunctions can cause
