Using the thermometer as a time programmer
•
To set the actual time press the button "HR" (hour) and "MIN" (minute). If the
buttons remain pressed the quick search is activated.
•
If you press the "START / STOP" button the timer will start counting down
from the end of the set time (in seconds).
•
Following the expiry of the set time by one minute the audio signal resounds.
•
To disable the signal, press the "START / STOP" button.
•
If the "HR" and "MIN" buttons are pressed simultaneously, the set time will
be deleted.
Safety advice
•
If you are going to touch the probe or the probe cable, shortly after the end
of cooking, you should always wear gloves that are resistant to high
temperatures (Fig. 3).
•
Never touch the probe or probe cable with your bare hands (Fig. 4).
•

he t
hermometer and in particular the probe cabling, keep out of the reach
of children.
•
The probe should be sterilized before each use.
•
Protect the thermometer from:
o
moisture and rain;
o
direct influence of high temperatures and / or hot
surfaces,
as it can damage the electronic system (Fig. 5).
•
Do not use the thermometer in microwave ovens.
•
If the probe is wet, it can lead to short circuits and / or to erroneous
temperature measurements. Wipe the probe with a cloth before each
use (Fig. 6).
•
Do not use the probe and probe cable in the oven at a temperature above
200 ° C. As a result of too high a temperature, the probe cable can be
damaged!
