With new Piab pump with PG30sensor. Open Piab pump(Piab cover) and

clean pump and filter(very small). If necessary replace Piab pump(replacing Piab
pump is very exceptional)

Error : Film lost during film bridge up

During filmloading suctioncapsvacuum dropped below suctioncaps vacuum
detection.

Readjust suctioncaps vacuum detection.

Kavak sensor: - No film in cassette

- Put bridge down (8 rfdrel)

Switch on suctioncaps vacuum(128 sfdrel)

Adjust kavak sensor untill ‘led 8’ on the feeder board is just
out.

PG30 sensor: Check vacuum settings - values

Dammaged suctioncap.

If vacuum in suctioncaps is not strong enough.

With new Piab pump with PG30sensor. Open Piab pump(Piab cover) and

clean pump and filter(very small).

Error : RECOVERING: DRUM POSITIONING ERROR

Drum could not be moved to the requested position.

Belt tension too low

Adjusting stepmotor(when in his home position) closer to the belt.Not touching!

Vacuumgap too small. Part is touching rotating drum.

Stepmotor is touching stepmotorhousing.

Stepmotor assembly still ok.

Stepmotor. On all windings you should measure 5 ohm.

Feederboard. Still 150mV on MOT1.
