6.1 Maintenance timing
Check on fi rst use of a projector
Before you power on the projector for the very fi rst time, it is required to perform some checks.

Visually check the projector housing on damage Operator
Visually check the projector support on damage or wear Operator
Visually check the projection lens housing on damage Operator
Visually check the projection lens on dust or stains: clean if required Operator
Visually check all air inlet grids: vacuum clean if dust is present Operator
Visually check all cables and connectors on damage Operator
Check the cooling liquid level: add cooling liquid if the reservoir is not full Quali fi ed Product Specialist
Time dependent maintenance
Some maintenance tasks must be performed on a regular time base.
