Install the Transformer. Connect Transformer to Power Source and turn on Grill Lights.

Install Tank Tray Set (for B3810ALP & BAI10ALP Models)

Install the Tank Tray Set onto the Cart Bottom Panel using 3 Phillips Head Screws 3/16"x3/8" as
shown in Fig. 3.
Place the LP Gas Tank into the Tank Tray Set so that the tank valve faces the right corner.
Install LP Regulator onto the Gas Tank.

Remove the pre-assembled Phillips Head Screw 1/4"x1/2"
from the Rear Panel of the Bowl Frame as shown. Reserve
this screw for later step.
Install the Side Burner Lid Chain onto the Rear Bowl Panel
using the reserved Phillips Head Screw 1/4"x1/2" from the
previous step.

Install Transformer-Plug into Transformer-Socket and tighten securely.
Install the Transformer onto the Left Cart Side Panel/Trim Plate by putting the four pre-assembled screws
on the Transformer into the four holes on the Left Cart Side Panel/Trim Plate. Press the Transformer
downward until it rests in place. (See Fig. 3 & Fig. 4).
Pull out the Transformer Cord from the hole on the Cart Rear Panel. Plug the Transformer into the power
source. Push the Left Light Switch on the Control Panel to turn on the Grill Lights. Push the Right Light
Switch on the Control Panel to turn on the Control Panel LED Lights.
