2.3 Start-up
 Check the positioning of the ultrasonic converter in the holder.
 Check the fi rm positioning of the probe and, if needed, clean thoroughly.
 Connect the ultrasonic generator to the mains ( grounded socket) and switch on.
 Set the probe type (see chapter 3.1.1.)
 Conduct a function test in accordance with chapter 6.2.1 if necessary (e.g. after replacing the
ultrasonic converter).
 Connect the temperature sensor (if needed).
