This module uses Electrostatic Sensitive Devices (ESD).
SPECIFIC
CAUTIONS
Only qualified personnel should install the throttle valve, hydraulic
actuator, servo valve and linear variable differential transformer.
Improper installation can cause damage to plant equipment, reduce
plant performance and compromise the safety of plant personnel
(p.3-2).
Only qualified personnel should configure these switches. Damage
or misoperation could occur if switches are improperly configured
(p.3-3).
