MANHATTAN Heated Servery Counter

Set all rotary knobs to the highest level (10).



Pre-heat all bain-marie wells and the optional heated compartments for
approx. 2 hours.



Switch off the heaters of all bain-marie wells and the optional heated
compartments in the underframe at the respective On/Off switch.
The operation indicator LEDs go out.



Ventilate and clean the compartments.
